DNA Isolation Kit from HibriGen Buccal Swaps performs DNA isolation from swap sample easily and quickly with spin column technology without using phenol / chloroform. No homogenization is required, tissue lysis (lysis) is carried out directly by proteinase-K. The buffer system has been optimized to selectively bind DNA to the column. Contaminants such as protein, divalent ions and secondary metabolites are easily removed with a simple centrifuge process. Pure DNA is dissolved in water or low-salt solution and is ready for use.
