The Genomic DNA Isolation Kit from HibriGen Tissue and Cell Culture performs DNA isolation from mammalian tissues (fresh or frozen at -70°C until use) and cell culture simply and quickly with spin column technology without using phenol / chloroform. No homogenization is required, tissue lysis (lysis) is carried out directly by proteinase-K. The buffer system has been optimized to selectively bind DNA to the column. Contaminants such as protein, divalent ions and secondary metabolites are easily removed with a simple centrifuge process. Pure DNA is dissolved in water or low-salt solution and is ready for use.
